Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026

Premium access is personal or organizational according to the purchased plan. You remain responsible for model, dataset, provider, and downstream licensing. Hosted services may be suspended for abuse, payment reversal, or security risk. Ordinary shop checkout purchases only the product, term, and capability entitlement shown at checkout; it does not purchase equity, debt, a security, ownership, voting rights, governance rights, profit participation, or an investment return. A funding-page inquiry is non-binding and creates no obligation for Reallexi LLC or the person submitting it. Any commercial Founding Enterprise offer or strategic financing requires separate written documents approved for that transaction. Reallexi LLC retains its intellectual property, trademarks, and operating authority except for rights expressly granted in a fully executed agreement. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, and no website term can guarantee that a dispute or claim will never be filed.
