Transparent funding architecture

Fund the future without blurring the transaction.

Community support, product revenue, founding commercial partnerships, and investment capital are different relationships. Reallexi keeps the promise, payment path, rights, and records separate for each one.

Four paths. Four different promises.

No scarcity counters, return promises, invented traction, or hidden entitlement language.

Proposed Founding Enterprise offer

Twelve months of capability value—not vague investor perks.

The attractive supporter offer is a commercial agreement: a 12-month Enterprise capability term, an architecture onboarding session, and optional founder recognition. Final activation date, included capabilities, support limits, fair use, renewal, and refund terms must be written and accepted before payment.

This offer is not live checkout yet. Stripe classifies reward-based fundraising and investment activity as restricted; Reallexi must obtain any required provider approval and publish the final agreement before accepting payment.

Strategic capital readiness

A professional diligence flow, not a pay button.

The page accepts only a private, non-binding inquiry. No security, ownership interest, return, governance right, minimum amount, or economic term is offered here.

Founder-control principles

Protect ownership through precise documents.

  • Reallexi LLC retains IP, trademarks, and operating authority except for rights expressly granted in signed documents.
  • No board seat, veto, voting, information, pro-rata, or management right is implied by a website inquiry.
  • No return, valuation, conversion, liquidity event, or closing is guaranteed.
  • Mandatory law and investor remedies cannot be erased by a “no lawsuit” sentence.

Legal gate

Required before activation.

  • Formation state and offering jurisdictions
  • Counsel-selected instrument and securities exemption
  • Risk factors, use of proceeds, cap-table treatment, and tax review
  • Investor eligibility or registered funding-portal workflow
  • Approved escrow, custody, payment, and transfer-agent process as applicable

Investor-only document system

Signatures need an audit trail—not a drawing box.

The production design should expose signing only to an approved investor account after counsel publishes an agreement version. A qualified e-sign provider should retain the evidence certificate and signed document; the restricted commerce database should retain the minimum authoritative index.
